2週間で5キロ減
今週から通常どおり出勤してます。


で、会社の方が、
「ちょっと、やせたんじゃないの？」
などとおっしゃるので、

久しぶりに体重計に乗ってみました。



あれれ…？？？

そういえば確かにお腹のあたりがすーすーするなあとは思ったんですが。


まあ、もしかしたらここ何ヶ月かちょっとハードだったので、それもあるのかもしれないんですが。
ていうかここしばらく体調不良だったりもしたので、それもあるのかもしれないんですが。


二週間前（もう少し前だったかもですが）よりも5キロほど減ってました。

うーーー…
